Rachael Orman has never released a book that I haven’t 100% absolutely loved and LOST DESIRES is no exception. Although this is a novellaa, it does not lack any of the heat or storyline from a larger book. This is a story of a married couple who have lost their way. They are stuck in a rut of the mundane and predictable After ten years of marriage. Brittany and Ian are that couple that you want to succeed but somewhere along the way they lost their sparkle. The everyday humdrum of work, kids, bills, etc is taking a toll on their marriage so they decide to start seeing a sex therapist who has very unusual therapy techniques. This is where the book starts to really sizzle. Kudos to Rachael for writing about something other than the norm and doing so with amazing results. This is a quick sexy read that I loved and devoured. I would love to see a continuation of Brit and Ian’s story or even a book based on another couple.

Rachael is a stay at home mom with 2 young daughters and a husband that keep her constantly on her toes. She lives in the extremely hot state of Arizona, where she reads and writes away the blistering heat outside. She is a cancer survivor with a quirky personality. She’s been an avid reader for as long as she can remember and been writing since she was in high school. Her hopes of being a writer were crushed when she was young but one day she decided she was going to do what makes her happy and that was to write.
